In Youneek architect Stijn Goethals and businessman Stefan Danschotter have combined their strengths and talents.
Their search for the perfect furniture for the Grote Beer Innovation Center in Beernem resulted in the decision to bring unique top-quality furniture to the market.
Design and materials
Youneek excels in quality, class and exclusivity. Every piece of furniture is assembled with the utmost precision and eye for detail from the highest quality materials.
It is a solid surface material consisting of aluminum hydroxide (2/3), acrylic resin and natural pigments. The aluminum hydroxide makes the product particularly strong and the acrylic resin is extremely hygienic, water-resistant and colourfast.
African Paduk hardwood is known for its high durability and stability. The wood has an orange-red color that will age evenly when exposed to light. Thanks to a pickling treatment, the color can be maintained and the wood also becomes water-repellent.
The entire production process of all our furniture, from design to distribution, takes place in Belgium. Our partner, joiner Schollier from Koksijde, guarantees the high quality that characterizes the Youneek products. Thanks to their craftsmanship and their proximity, we can count on perfectly finished furniture and flexible delivery.
